Winter arm care program. Players will develop a throwing routine as well as work on flexibility, arm strength, and throwing mechanics. Meet once a week on Saturdays in Jan and Feb. Click on your age group to sign up.

Strength, Speed & Agility Class
This co-ed class brings strength and conditioning together with speed and agility in a 1-hour packed class with National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer Jake Trybulski.
Price: $15 per session

Hitting, Pitching, and Defensive Clinics
Our small group clinics are conducted by quality instructors. We have clinics run by local, high school, college, and professional players and coaches. Each clinic will list the instructor and age group. You never know who you will run into at KBC!

Jake is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) dedicated to helping others achieve their personal performance and fitness goals with a safe scientific approach to training. He is an avid fitness enthusiast who wants to use his passion for fitness to help others. Jake's personal background in baseball, softball, wrestling, marathoning, coaching and general training methods has given him a unique perspective on the different approaches that can be applied to achieve a range of personal fitness and performance goals.
Evan Englebrook - Evan played locally for CV High School and Shippensburg Univ. He was drafted as a Pitcher by the Astros and had a long professional career. He's available for Pitching or Hitting Lessons. You can contact Evan by cell 717-713-3797
Derek Price - Owner of Dynamic Precision LLC. Derek pitched at Messiah and has coach at all levels with his son. Derek's insight on player development will benefit anyone he works with. He will focus on our group arm care classes. Email
Kyle Nornhold - Assistant Coach at CV. Has coached many levels as a HC and Asst. He has knowledge for instruction with all positions, hitters, and on the mound. Email
Shane McCartney - Shane is a long time Coach and Board Member with GoWags. He has coached at all levels of travel and HS baseball. He is available for lessons or group work. Email
